1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and bingobet ("bingobet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the bingobet website located at bingobet.asia and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the bingobet Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders and visitors who browse without registering.

These Terms should be read together with bingobet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and bingobet.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on bingobet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that expressly prohibits online gambling;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of bingobet or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers, nor are you a close family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded from the bingobet Platform or had an account terminated for cause;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

bingobet reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the bingobet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. bingobet is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bingobet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify bingobet immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. bingobet may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bingobet supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as made available on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated periodically.

All funds deposited into your bingobet account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. bingobet reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method and suspend the account if a third-party deposit is detected.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity has been verified to bingobet's satisfaction;
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds have been met;
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your available withdrawable balance;
• No active investigation or security review is pending on your account.

bingobet processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the policies of the relevant financial institution. bingobet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.

bingobet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by bingobet's fraud detection systems. In such cases, additional documentation may be required before the withdrawal is processed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bingobet offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bingobet promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: bingobet reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct that bingobet considers to be in bad faith.

bingobet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players who have validly claimed the promotion prior to such modification.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bingobet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market on the Platform. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

A bet is considered accepted and binding once it has been confirmed by the bingobet system and a bet reference number has been issued. bingobet reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect market descriptions, or technical malfunctions.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, bingobet's decision shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms. bingobet uses official results from recognized governing bodies and data providers to settle bets.

bingobet reserves the right to impose betting limits on any player, market, or event at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the bingobet Platform. Any violation of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform;
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether in your own name or under any alias;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any transaction that is illegal under Philippine law or any other applicable law;
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Cheating & Exploitation: Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or other automated tool to interact with the Platform, or exploiting any bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the Platform's software;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of deposits made to your bingobet account;
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, any other user's account, or bingobet's internal systems;
• Harmful Content: Transmitting any content through the Platform that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bingobet Platform — including but not limited to the bingobet name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of bingobet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

bingobet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use any bingobet trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent from bingobet.

Any unauthorized use of bingobet's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

9 Privacy & Data

bingobet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bingobet collects personal information including your name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and payment method details for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of the Platform's services.

bingobet will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — such as payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies — strictly as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable Philippine law.

10 Responsible Gaming

bingobet takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.

bingobet strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the source payment method after verification.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bingobet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

bingobet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bingobet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bingobet does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bingobet will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.

The Platform is provided for entertainment purposes. Gambling involves risk, and you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. bingobet is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the Platform.

12 Termination

bingobet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bingobet determines in its sole discretion that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Upon termination of your account for cause, bingobet may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, bingobet reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting bingobet support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. bingobet operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

14 Amendments

bingobet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bingobet will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12 above.

The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
